In addition to her role as one of the instructors for the
RRCA distance running coaching certification program, she recently retired from a position as Assistant Professor at Clayton State University where she taught undergraduate Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Exercise
Testing & Prescription, Injury Prevention & Care, as well as other Health/Fitness courses. Janet’s professional
philosophy is "prevent future injuries by treating the cause not just the symptoms". Coaching services can be provided remotely by e-mail and telephone, and locally (Atlanta, GA area) through

Mike is a certified running coach
and personal trainer who is passionate about working with individuals who are looking to improve their health, fitness, athletic
performance and general ability to carry on their activities of daily living. Whether you are looking to succeed in a 10K
or ultra marathon, or to develop the strength and endurance to keep up with your kids, Mike can help you to achieve that goal
safely and effectively. Mike has been a practicing attorney for the past 20 years but has recently followed his true passion
to devote himself full time to helping others to achieve their health and fitness goals.
Mike has been coaching runners in groups and individually
for 7 years and is a certified running coach with the Road Runners Club of America. He is certified as a personal trainer with the National Strength & Conditioning Association, the American College of Sports Medicine, and National Strength Professionals Association
Mike has focused much of his own training on competing in trail ultramarathon runs of 31 to 100 miles and brings his
coaching expertise to train runners who are looking to take on the challenge of ultramarathoning or improve on previous performances.
Mike has also been the director of training for experienced marathoners for the Montgomery County Road Runners Club since
starting that program in 2002.

and one on one contact. Personal training is available locally in your home or at a local gym.
