Janet Hamilton, MA, RCEP, CSCS ACSM-Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist Janet has over 25 years of experience working with athletes of all ages and abilities and is an RRCA-certified distance running coach and serves as an Instructor for the RRCA Coaching Certification program.  She earned her master's degree in Exercise Physiology in 1987, and is a Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist (RCEP) through the American College of Sports Medicine. She has been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association since 1993, and has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 1978.       Formerly an Assistant Professor at Clayton State University where she taught undergraduate Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Exercise Testing & Prescription, Injury Prevention & Care, as well as other Health/Fitness courses, Janet’s professional philosophy is "prevent future injuries by treating the cause not just the symptoms". Coaching services can be provided remotely by e-mail and telephone, and locally (Atlanta, GA area) through e-mail, telephone and one on one contact.

Michael P. Broderick, NSCA-cPT, ACSM-cPT    Sadly Mike Broderick passed away on November 5th, after a brief battle with a very aggressive Lung Cancer.  He will be missed by all the runners he touched through the years, as well as the hundreds of friends who were lucky enough to cross paths with him.  He is survived by his wife Jill, sister Sue, and his father.  Rest in peace Mike - we'll miss you!
